When you get in touch

Our forms collect your name, email address, product interest and the information you choose to share. We use contact messages to answer questions, provide product support and consider feedback or partnerships. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

If you join the pilot interest list and agree to be contacted, we use your details to discuss relevant pilot opportunities. Joining does not guarantee access or subscribe you to a general newsletter. You can withdraw your interest at any time through our contact form or by replying to a message from us.

The services involved

Tally hosts our forms and stores responses. We also receive response notifications by email. Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. These providers process information needed to run their services, which can include IP addresses, browser details and request information.

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. Loading and using the forms connects your browser to Tally and Google; their services may use cookies or similar technologies. Read the Tally privacy notice, Cloudflare privacy policy and Google privacy policy for their practices. Information may be processed outside your country.

What stays in your browser

Our games and motion controls use session storage to remember your progress and preferences within the browser session. This state is not sent to us by those features. The site does not include advertising trackers or a separate analytics script in its source.

How long we keep responses

We review closed contact enquiries and inactive pilot registrations after 12 months and delete information no longer needed, including the associated notification emails. We may keep information needed for an ongoing conversation, participation in a pilot, or a legal obligation. This is a review policy, not an automatic deletion timer.

Your choices and questions

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you shared, or withdraw permission for pilot contact, through our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. The rights available to you can depend on where you live.
